  • Designed and delivered bespoke development and training sessions for members of WarringtonSchool’s Forum.

Wrexham County Borough Council

Reviewed the LEA delegated budgets of all schools and recommended options to reduce costs and improve efficiency. The outcome was:

  • A list of options agreed by all parties
  • A timetable of implementation

Peterborough City Council:

  • Gave advice and support on a major EU funded programme

  • The evaluation and financial appraisal of options for the development of existing Information Systems and IT Infrastructure
